• Quote form data: name, email, phone, postcode, property type, EV model and any notes you provide.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device type, approximate location and referring site, via privacy-friendly analytics.
• Affiliate tracking: when you click an affiliate link, the partner network (e.g. Awin) may set a cookie to attribute a sale to us.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to quote requests and connect you with vetted UK installers.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To measure affiliate referrals so partners can pay us commission.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Legal bases under UK GDPR: consent (analytics & marketing cookies), legitimate interests (site security, basic analytics), and contract (processing your quote request).

4. Who we share data with

• Installers: when you submit a quote request, we share your details with up to three local installers so they can contact you.
• Service providers: hosting, database and email delivery providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
• Affiliate networks: Awin and similar networks receive anonymised click data to attribute commissions.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:
